Job Position – Group HR Manager

At Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C, we’re expanding our operations and are looking for a highly experienced Group HR Manager to lead our HR function across multiple business units in the medical and insurance claims sector. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the complexities of HR within UAE’s healthcare industry and can drive strategic initiatives across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization.
– Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare standards.
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development.
– Manage employee relations, retention strategies, and HR compliance audits.
– Work closely with executive leadership to align HR with overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years in the healthcare or medical sector.
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR systems, and healthcare HR practices.
– Should be well versed in manual HR process.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
– Fluent in Arabic and English.
