Looking for a passionate Guest Relations Officer to join our team and making every guest’s stay unforgettable!
As the face of our holiday homes at Subarashi you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. From ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed upon check-in to addressing requests and resolving concerns with a smile, you’ll make sure every guest leaves with a positive and lasting impression.
What we’re looking for:
– Excellent customer service skills
– 1-2 years experience in Holiday Homes as Guest Relation Officer
– Problem-solving ability & attention to detail
– A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude
– A valid driver’s license & your own vehicle
– Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus!
