Job Position – Talent & Development Specialist

This position is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering effective learning and development initiatives that support organizational performance and colleague growth. The role oversees training needs analysis, program development, delivery, evaluation, and training compliance, while partnering with department leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
– 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development working in the hospitality/theme park industry.
– Strong experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
-Experience in onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and compliance training.
– Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
– Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards, with the ability to translate standards into practical training.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
