Job Position – Gynaecology Charge Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in the Gynaecology Unit.
– Ensure safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred care for women with gynaecological conditions.
– Manage patient assignments and staffing during shifts.
– Support clinical decision-making and ensure effective nursing care.
– Mentor, guide, and support nursing staff.
– Collaborate with gynaecologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
– Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety, and quality standards.
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
