1) Branch Manager
A dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering excellence. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the team, and upholding our brand values.
2) Assistant Branch Managers
If you have a flair for leadership and aspire to contribute to the success of our branch, join us as an Assistant Branch Manager. Work closely with the Branch Manager to supervise daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and foster a positive work environment.
3) Waiter
Do you have a knack for creating memorable dining experiences? As a Waiter, you will deliver personalized service, take orders, serve our delectable desserts and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
4) Counter/Sales
Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual with a passion for desserts? Join our team as Counter Staff, where you will engage with customers, assist them in their selections, handle transactions, and provide exceptional service.

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role (for managerial positions)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene regulations (for food handling roles)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
