Job Position – Head of Administration
Location: Woodlem Education – Corporate Office
Woodlem Education is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Administration to lead and oversee all administrative functions across our network.
The ideal candidate will have:
– 5+ years of leadership experience in schools or corporate setups
– Proven ability to manage all departments under administration (HR, Facilities, Procurement, Transport, IT, etc.)
– Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory compliance
– Expertise in modern performance standards and strategies within administrative operations
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
– Experience in policy and procedural development and reframing for increased efficiency and effectiveness
