Job Position – Helpdesk Engineer

-Experience on IVR – troubleshooting, resolving issues.
-Logging tickets
-Dealing with escalations
-Awareness and action managing Active Directory.
-Escalating issues where needed.
-Have experience in the following systems :
-Omni
-IG/ Eatec
-Printer ( MyQ )
-Active Directory/ Office 365
-PAM
-RMG ( Signage)
-Network Applications ( ISE, Fortinet VPN)
-Share Folder Access
Locally available candidates may only apply
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems -UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
