• Good knowledge & experience in the Facilities Management Industry are preferred.
• 1+ Years experience in a similar position in a reputable facilities management company in UAE.
• Prior experience in Call Center is preferred.
• Good verbal & written communication & Customer service skills.
• Good Knowledge of the CAFM system (FSI).
• Ability to perform administrative duties.
• Sufficient Skills in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel).
