– Previous experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry is mandatory
– Strong communication skills in English and a passion for customer care.
– Proficient in FSI-CAFM software
– Capable of generating and updating task requests in CAFM
– Willing to work on a shift basis
– Immediate joiners preferred
