Job Position – High School Counselor

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide academic, personal, and career guidance to high school students.
-Support students throughout the university application process, including scholarship opportunities.
-Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
-Organize career fairs, university visits, and college awareness events.
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leaders to support student success.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a school counselor, preferably in a high school setting.
-Strong knowledge of UAE and international university admission processes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
