Job Position – Hospitality & Guest Relation Officer

Responsibilities:
– Welcome guests professionally and ensure high-quality service.
– Manage and update the beverage menu and reception refreshments display
– Oversee F&B standards, stock levels, and ordering.
– Supervise showroom cleanliness and cleaning staff performance.
– Conduct regular inspections to maintain a premium level environment.
– Train service and cleaning staff and support SOP development.
Requirements:
– 3 to 5 years of experience in Hospitality (Hotels/Luxury F&B).
– Supervisory experience managing cleaning or service teams.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Candidates:
Arab or Filipino nationality are preferred due to relevant cultural familiarity and service industry experience in the region.
