Job Position – HR Admin Assistant
Company Name – Baden BPO
Night Shifts- 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
· Organize, compile, update records and documentation.
· Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
· Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled report·
· Carry out any another general administration and assistant duties.
· Order office supplies
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant·
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task·
· Attention to detail and problem solving·
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills ·
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power point)
· Working knowledge of office equipment.
Experience: administrative assistant: 1 year (Required)
Should be available in UAE—immediate joining.
Compensation Package: AED 3500 – AED 4000 per month
Workdays: Monday – Friday (5 days a week)
