Job Description:

As an HR and Administrative Executive at Icons Coffee Couture, you will be responsible for various HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the company’s employees. This includes tasks such as managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training programs, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You will also be involved in managing office supplies and equipment, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Previous experience in HR and administrative roles.
– Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
– Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
