Job Position – HR Assistant
Company Name – Gulf Spic General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L.
Location: Mina Abdullah, Kuwait
Basic Salary: KWD 275 + KWD 50 Food & Accommodation Allowance
Visa: Valid Kuwait Article 18 Visa – Transferable
Candidates: Local candidates in Kuwait only
Gender- Male Candidate only required.
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Onboarding team.
– Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
– Prepare offer letters and employment-related documentation.
– Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and other HR documentation.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (PPT), and email communication.
– Suitable for candidates with 3 years of administrative and HR support experience.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Hindi & English – Mandatory. Arabic – An added advantage
