Job Position – HR Assistant Manager

-Proven experience in Physician Recruitment
-Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE healthcare sector
-Strong understanding of licensing requirements (DHA/MOH)
-Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for medical professionals
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities Include:
Managing full-cycle physician recruitment (Specialists, & GPs)
Coordinating with department heads and licensing authorities
Supporting HR strategy aligned with clinical manpower needs
Maintaining a talent pipeline for upcoming expansions
Supporting HR operations and compliance
