Job Position – HR Assistant Manager

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Onboard new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
