Job Position – HR Coordinator

Company Name – DXBMarine

Will support the Human Resources department by handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and HR administrative tasks. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Prepare and maintain employee records (contracts, offer letters, personal files, leave, etc.).

Support the onboarding process including orientation programs and joining formalities.

Handle visa, medical, and other government-related HR documentation (if in UAE).

Coordinate training sessions and HR-related events.

Maintain HR systems and update employee databases accurately.

Assist employees with HR-related queries and escalate when needed.

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime, etc.).

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR/administration (hospitality experience is a plus).

Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
