Job Position – HR Coordinator

Quadri pharma is a growing and dynamic organization committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR operations and help build a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and other HR programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus
