HR Coordinator cum PRO

Looking for an experienced and dedicated to join our team in Dubai. If you have at least 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator in Dubai, a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, and the ability to process HR documentation efficiently, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all HR administrative tasks, including employee documentation, contracts, and updates to employee records.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
Process HR-related documentation, including work visas, residency permits, and labor contracts.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related reports.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator in Dubai.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR regulations.
Ability to process HR documentation such as contracts, visas, and permits.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be currently residing in Dubai.
