Job Position – HR Coordinator/Recruiter

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support our human resources department with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
– Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, company website, social media).
– Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
– Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
– Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including assessments and background checks.
– Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
– Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Coordination & Administration:
– Assist in onboarding new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
– Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment tracking systems.
– Support employee relations initiatives by addressing queries and assisting in conflict resolution.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related processes.
– Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
– Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws.
– Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
– Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
– HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
– Experience in [industry-specific recruitment, e.g., hospitality, real estate, healthcare, IT].
– Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in [country/region].
