Job Position – HR Executive
To join growing Fintech organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about HR recruitment and operations and have prior UAE/Dubai experience.
Location: Dubai
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to AED 5,000
Industry: Fintech
Key Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
-Handle HR operations including employee records and documentation
-Coordinate with management on workforce planning
-Support day-to-day HR administrative activities
-Ensure compliance with UAE / MOHRE labor laws
-Assist in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture
Requirements
-Mandatory: Previous HR experience in Dubai / UAE
-Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of HR recruitment & operations
-Working knowledge of MOHRE labor laws
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Note : Candidates must have Dubai/UAE HR experience. Freshers without UAE experience are not eligible for this role.
