Job Position – HR Executive
Company Name – Success Hospitality Group
To join team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, driving recruitment efforts, and contributing to a positive, people-focused workplace culture. Fluency in Russian is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
Maintain HR records, documentation, and HRMS updates.
Assist with onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support performance management processes and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Executive, ideally in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Russian speaker is a strong advantage / preferred.
