Job Position – HR Executive
Company Name – Auto Link Contracting
Build and manage the HR function for our new joinery factory startup. This is a high-growth, standalone role with the opportunity to transition into an HR Manager position as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
-Mobilization & Recruitment: End-to-end hiring for white-collar and blue-collar (factory/site) staff.
-Compliance: Full management of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, and visa processing.
-Operations: Developing policies & procedures, onboarding/offboarding, payroll (WPS), and employee relations.
-Strategy: Establishing the HR framework from the ground up.
Requirements:
-Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Joinery, Fit-out, or Construction in the UAE (Mandatory).
Expertise: Solid command of UAE Labor Law and standalone HR operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in HR is highly preferred.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
