Job Position – HR Executive

Camali Clinic is a multidisciplinary consultant-led outpatient mental health clinic located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with two branches and a joint venture partnership. The clinic provides high quality, evidence-based and compassionate care to children and adult who present with mental health difficulties.
Role
The post holder will play a vital role in managing a range of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, aligning HR policies with business goals, compliance with healthcare industry regulations and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, to conducting interviews, and selection.
Handle onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns and effectively manage conflict resolution.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
Processing DHA license application and renewal for clinicians
Manage employee performance, recognition, and feedback processes
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Educational qualification in relevant field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proven experience in HR roles, with specific experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Experience in professional license application and renewal process is desirable
