Job Position – HR Executive

Company Name – Leos Int

With a minimum of 2-3 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and will be able to effectively manage the employee life cycle from hiring to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:
– Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing issues and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
– Promote a positive work environment and maintain employee engagement.

Performance Management:
– Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
– Assist in identifying employee training and development needs.

Compliance & Documentation:
– Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies and procedures.
– Maintain accurate employee records and documentation throughout the employee life cycle.

Offboarding:
– Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and termination paperwork.
– Analyze exit interview feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Salary: AED 4000/- to AED 5000/-
