Job Position – HR Generalist

Are you a passionate and experienced HR professional hiring for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a dynamic group environment?
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the HR function for our diverse group of companies.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires across various sectors (white and blue collar) in the construction industry.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to UAE labor law and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
Provide payroll advice on leaves, letters, and other related matters.
Conduct manpower planning and create job descriptions.
Facilitate performance appraisals for employees.
Lead induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Manage investigations and disciplinary procedures.
Develop and implement HR policies and onboarding processes.
Coordinate and oversee training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the HR department of a group company, preferably within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and best practices in HR management.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems (preferred).
