Job Position – HR Generalist
Company Name – ECO Drive Driving School
Dynamic team in Dubai Industrial City, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and build relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
– HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, and manage employee data confidentially.
– Payroll and Benefits: Handle end-to-end payroll, administer benefits, and assist with benefits enrollment.
– Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and support conflict resolution in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
– Compliance and Reporting: Maintain adherence to labor laws and regulations, and prepare required reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of UAE HR Generalist experience.
-Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
-Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Proactive, results-driven, and HR certification is a plus.
