Job Position – HR Generalist
Company Name – Eifm
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide support to various HR-related functions (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Recognition & Rewards, and Emiratisation)
* Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
* Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
* Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.
* Master’s Degree in Management of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
* Specialized accredited certificate in HR from SHRM / CIPD preferred.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR
* Previous experience working on ERP / HRIS systems / HR.
* Good knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Dashboards & Reports generation.
* Team player and able to earn the trust of managers and employees.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Able to multitask, prioritize and collaborate on multiple work streams.
