Job Position – HR Generalist
Company Name – Auxilium
Location – KSA/UAE on an immediate basis.
Looking for an experienced HR professional with strong UAE and KSA labor law knowledge, HR operations experience, and GCC compliance exposure.
Key requirements:
– 5–6 years of HR generalist experience
– Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labour law and visa processes
– Experience drafting HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, warnings, termination letters, and HR policies
– Exposure to GCC compliance, HRIS platforms, and AI productivity tools
– CIPD, SHRM, or UAE/GCC labour law certification is an advantage
The role will support Auxilium’s internal UAE workforce, manage legally compliant HR documentation, assist with employee relations and performance management, and support regional HR compliance across the GCC.
