Job Position – HR Manager

Eagle Marine is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. If you have strong HR expertise in a fast-paced engineering or marine environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Role & Responsibilities
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
– Handle payroll coordination and leave management
– Lead performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
– Liaise with PRO for visa, work permit, and government-related documentation
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in Engineering / Marine / Offshore sector
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
– Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
