Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Administration
Networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLAN)
VMware / Hyper-V, Backup & Disaster Recovery
Firewall, Endpoint Security & Cybersecurity Best Practices
IT Ticketing, SLA Management & Customer Support
