Job Position – IT Support Field Engineer
Company Name – Whitehats
Join our technical services team in Dubai.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role involving field support, IT infrastructure, servers, networking, Microsoft 365, cloud, cybersecurity, backup and end-user support across customer environments.
Key Requirements
3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure / field support experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related field
Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft365 & Azure
Hands-on networking experience — VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi
Experience with VMware / Hyper-V and physical servers
Experience with FortiGate / Sophos / Cisco / Ubiquiti or similar
Knowledge of backup & disaster recovery – Veeam / Acronis / Azure Backup
Strong customer-facing and troubleshooting skills
Experience with an MSP / IT Service Provider / System Integrator is strongly preferred
Willingness to travel to customer sites across Dubai and other Emirates
