What You’ll Be Doing
-Lead and manage end?to?end HR operations in a high?growth fintech environment
-Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, retention & employee engagement strategies
-Partner with leadership on people strategy, organisational design, and performance management
-Ensure UAE labour law compliance and HR best practices are embedded across the business
-Foster a dynamic, inclusive culture that supports innovation and high performance
What We’re Looking For:
-6+ years HR experience, with UAE HR experience required
-Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR frameworks
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Proactive, solutions?oriented, and able to thrive in a fast?moving tech environment
-Experience in fintech, digital assets or capital markets is a significant advantage
