Job Position – HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
-Lead recruitment and talent acquisition across sales and corporate teams
-Implement structured HR policies, governance and compliance systems
-Develop performance management and incentive frameworks
-Drive employee engagement, retention and leadership development
-Align HR strategy with the company’s long-term growth plans
Requirements
-4-5 years of HR leadership experience
-Strong background in structured UK or European HR environments
-Experience with compliance, governance and performance systems
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-CIPD or equivalent certification is preferred
