Job Position – HR Manager

Location: Oud Metha, Dubai
Hiring for an experienced to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management in a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage HR operations and recruitment
-Handle onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
-Support payroll, visa processing, and HR administration
Requirements:
– 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
-Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
-Experience in IT/recruitment industry preferred
-Excellent communication and multitasking skills
-Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
