Job Position – HR Manager
Company Name – LALS Group
Location – Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and staffing for retail stores and head office.
Oversee onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance appraisals.
Coordinate training, employee development, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Monitor HR KPIs, employee turnover, and manpower requirements.
Provide HR support to store managers and retail operations teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
