Job Position – Telesales Executive

Company Name – Amer Smart Lounge Government Transactions Center L.L.C

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle outbound and inbound customer calls and generate sales leads.
– Contact potential customers and explain our UAE government and related services.
– Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate services.
– Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing customers to convert them into sales.
– Promote services such as Visa Services, Emirates ID, Medical Services, Amer services, and other government transactions.
– Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
– Achieve individual and team sales targets.
– Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
– Build good customer relationships and provide professional customer service.
– Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.

Candidate Requirements:
– Good communication and convincing skills.
– Strong interest in sales and telesales.
– Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
– Knowledge of UAE government transactions and services will be an advantage.
– Candidates currently working in Operations, Typing Centres, Amer Centres, or Travel Agencies/Travel Booking Agencies, with knowledge of government transactions and a willingness to move into sales, are also encouraged to apply.
– Candidates with their own/valid UAE visa are preferred.
– Immediate joiners will be given preference.
