Job Position – HR Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
– Drive HR strategy and alignment across multiple business sectors
– Lead recruitment, onboarding & employee lifecycle processes
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa regulations
– Oversee payroll, leave, and attendance management
– Support employee engagement, development, and performance evaluations
– Coordinate training, workshops & internal development initiatives
– Partner with leadership teams to support organizational growth
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred)
– 5+ years of experience in HR (UAE experience is a plus)
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & HRMS systems
– Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
– Excellent communication, leadership & multitasking skills
