Job Position – HR Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in HR, including 4-5 years in the UAE, ideally in a managerial capacity.
Salary: AED 7000 – AED 12,000

– Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and talent nurturing.
– Manage employee documentation, payroll, and HR protocols.
– Ensure legal adherence and address staff concerns.
– Design training schemes and performance assessments.
– Oversee vendor relations, visas, licenses, and contracts.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or relevant field.
– Demonstrated HR management background in the UAE.
– Profound grasp of labor regulations and HR information systems.
– Exceptional communication and leadership proficiencies.
