Senior Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, engaging, and impactful content for digital and offline platforms
Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
Write creative and persuasive copy for real estate projects, property launches, and promotional campaigns
Develop content that reflects the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and premium positioning
Research real estate market trends, audience preferences, and industry developments
Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and creative teams to develop effective content strategies
Create engaging headlines, captions, taglines, scripts, and campaign concepts
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, and quality
Optimize website and blog content for SEO to improve search visibility and engagement
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high content standards
Contribute fresh ideas and creative storytelling approaches to enhance brand communication

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role is mandatory
Experience in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, or premium lifestyle industries is preferred
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to create compelling, persuasive, and audience-focused content
Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex information into engaging content
Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
Experience writing for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns
Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio of published work or relevant writing samples is required
