Job Position – HR Manager

Looking for an experienced HR Manager with 10+ years of UAE experience, preferably in the MEP or Construction industry, to lead our HR and Administration operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruitment, hiring approvals, and employee onboarding.Labour, visa, and immigration procedures.
– Payroll coordination and employee records management.
– Employee accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
– Medical insurance, renewals, claims, and workmen’s compensation.
– HR policy implementation and UAE Labour Law compliance.
– ERP updates, ISO documentation, and employee engagement.
– Supervision and management of the HR amp; Administration team.
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 10 years of UAE HR amp, Administration experience.
– MEP / Construction industry experience preferred.
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ·
– ERP and MS Office proficiency. UAE driving licence preferred.
