HR Officer who will be joining us here in Dubai office. We want a candidate and possible employee who has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. A candidate who demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude and is committed to delivering high-quality of work.
Principal Responsibilities:
-Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees
-Administering employees in China satellite office
-Managing employee relations, including responding to employee grievances and disciplinary issues
-Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
-Managing employee engagement and retention initiatives
-Conducting surveys and ensuring that the organization’s compensation programs are competitive
-Advising management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and performance management issues
-Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Competencies and Skills:
-Preferred Language: Cantonese /Mandarin
-Good knowledge of Labor Laws
-Strategic plans for recruitment (organic)
– Team Player
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Patience and understanding
-Ability to multitask
-Strong interpersonal skills
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma
