Job Position – HR Officer

Company Name – Aquaplex

Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage payroll, leave, and attendance
– Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
– Administer employee insurance and benefits
– Support employee engagement initiatives
– Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 3-5 years of HR experience (UAE-based experience)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS platforms
– UAE driving license preferred, not mandatory
