Job Position – HR Officer
Company Name – China Harbour Engineering Company
You will play a key role in managing our human resources operations, bridging communication between our Chinese headquarters and our UAE-based workforce.
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a relevant field
-5 to 7 years of HR experience
-Fluent in Chinese – Mandarin (speak, read & write)
-Non-Chinese nationality
-Strong knowledge of Chinese HR systems and practices
-Preferred nationalities: Malaysian | Singaporean | Vietnamese
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment and onboarding
-Liaise with Chinese head office on HR policies and systems
-Handle employee relations, visa processing, and payroll support
-Implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and Chinese company standards
-Support Chinese expatriate staff and local management teams
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive HR professional who understands both Chinese corporate culture and UAE work environments. Your ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin while bringing solid HR expertise will make you an invaluable part of our team.
