Job Position – HR Officer
Company Name – Contech
Location: Dubai
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role with UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Payroll Preparation and Processing A to Z (handling multiple divisions).
· Processing of Leave and final settlements of Staffs & Workers.
· Processing of pensions like GPSSA/GPNEW/GPRET for locally hired Emiratis.
· Keeping the records in soft & hard copy of processed leave for future purpose.
· Creating new bank accounts for the new joiners in ENBD or C3 pay portal.
· Coordinating with PRO for visa cancellation and renewals.
· Coordinating in Medical Insurance Addition/Renewals.
· Coordinating with camp boss & transport in-charge for final exit of the resigned employee.
· Uploading the SIF files in smartBUSINESS/Business Online for disbursement of salaries upon approval & submission to the respective account managers for validation.
· Updating employee’s information & records both in excel & Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Must).
