Job Position – HR Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
– Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
– Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Preferred:
– Experience in HR systems and reporting
– Immediate joiners will be an advantage
