Job Position – HR Officer
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: AED 5000 – AED 6,500
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies
– Train and motivate employees
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
– Handle employee relations and problem-solving
– Work effectively under pressure and make strategic decisions
Requirements:
– Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in HR
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
