Job Position – HR Officer
Company Name – Habitat School
Location: Habitat Group of Schools, Ajman, UAE
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management and must have prior experience working in a School environment.
Requirements:
-MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM)
-Previous experience in a school setting is mandatory
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR policies
-Proficiency in recruitment, employee documentation, and general HR operations
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
-Maintain accurate HR records and staff files
– Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
-Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations
-Assist with staff appraisals, professional development, and grievance handling
