– Prior school experience is mandatory
– Hands-on experience in the following areas:
– Staff recruitment & onboarding
– Visa & labour card coordination
– KHDA documentation
– Staff attendance management & payroll generation
– HRMS / ERP data management
– Employee relations & grievance handling
– Performance appraisal support
– Leave & benefits administration
– Training coordination & staff well-being initiatives
– Drafting HR policies, letters, and employee communications
– Exit formalities & final settlement processing
– Compliance with UAE labour law & school regulatory requirements
