KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage day-to-day HR operational tasks
-Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
-Maintain employee records and HR databases
-Assist with attendance, reporting, and internal coordination
-Communicate professionally with candidates and employees
-Support recruitment and administrative processes
REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Professional and proactive attitude
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Prior HR or operations experience is preferred
