Job Position – HR Operations Specialist

Key Requirements:
-Minimum 4-8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry (mandatory)
-Proven experience in HR operations, including employee lifecycle management
-Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
-Experience handling payroll, visa processing, and compliance
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
-Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
-Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
-Coordinate with PROs on visa and labor matters
-Support payroll and benefits administration
