Job Position – HR Payroll Officer
Company Name – Air Liquide
The Payroll Officer is responsible for part or all of the payroll process, and ensuring the timely and accurate administration of employee compensation in accordance with established policies and within the required turnaround times.
Requirements
• Monthly Payroll processing: Initiate, prepare and execute payroll actions on a regular basis , Leave Payroll, EOSB Payroll, e-time,Advances to Employees and Monthly payroll.
• Payroll Checking: Generate Base Control Report; Pay Change Report; Net Salary Report and check for variance when compared last month.
• EOSB Processing: Check and analyse EOSB process requests from HR; eliminate any ambiguities and process in HRM application. Maintain EOSB records for easy reference and repository for Auditors.
• Payroll Costing: Execute payroll costing programme on the due dates and review the output files for correctness like account codes(GL), cost centres are coded correctly and identify the un-costed items and rectify.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Check accuracy of information in final payroll report
